Data Deletion

Effective October 24, 2026

You can delete your NudgeAct data, including any data we received from Facebook or Instagram, at any time.

Disconnect a Facebook Page or Instagram account

1. Sign in to NudgeAct and open Connected accounts.
2. Click Disconnect next to the account. We immediately stop using it and delete its access token.

You can also remove NudgeAct from Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find NudgeAct and click Remove. When you do, Facebook notifies us and we delete the data we received from Facebook for your account.

Delete all of your data

Email info@nudgeact.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my NudgeAct data". We will confirm the request and permanently delete your account, business information, uploads, content and connected-account data within 30 days. We keep only records we must retain by law, such as billing records.
